400. To ask the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine the number of prosecutions that have been taken in Ireland for docking dogs' tails since the legislation prohibiting this was effected in 2014. [39721/24]

The legislation prohibiting the docking of dog’s tails was introduced in 2014. Since it’s introduction, there have been 11 cases prosecuted, to date.
