To ask the Minister for Health if all the circumstances have been taken into account in deciding the eligibility of a person (details supplied) to a discretionary medical card; if the change of economic circumstances which will occur in October for this person and their spouse have been considered; if he will review the decision not to grant a medical card; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
