To ask the Minister for Health the number of new stoma patients referred to the community intervention team from Letterkenny University Hospital; the number of visits that have been provided to these patients, including home or clinic visits; the number of these patients who were referred to another service; the number who needed to involve the stoma nurse earlier than planned; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
