To ask the Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment in light of the Court of Justice of the European Union ruling C-184/20, his plans to amend sections 149 and 151 of the Companies Act 2014 in order that transgender company directors no longer have to publicly disclose their transgender status, due to current legislation requiring they publicly disclose their former names (details supplied).
