My Department currently operates three public helplines.

0818-808090 Workplace Relations Commission Information. This helpline also provides general information on Employment Permits.
01-8045200 Companies Registration Office questions and queries.
056-7720111 Intellectual Property Office of Ireland information.

Calls are not currently recorded but the facility to do so is available. It is an operational matter for each Office to decide when it is appropriate to record calls.
