303. To ask the Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment to provide the number and detail of the public helplines operated by their Department; whether calls are recorded on each helpline; and if not, whether he would consider recording calls for transparency and training purposes. [29991/24]

My Department currently operates three public helplines.
0818-808090 | Workplace Relations Commission Information. This helpline also provides general information on Employment Permits. |
---|---|
01-8045200 | Companies Registration Office questions and queries. |
056-7720111 | Intellectual Property Office of Ireland information. |
Calls are not currently recorded but the facility to do so is available. It is an operational matter for each Office to decide when it is appropriate to record calls.
