The person named submitted an application on 1 July 2022 in respect of sheep fencing under the Animal Welfare Safety and Nutrient Storage Scheme of TAMS II.

A requirement of the scheme is that full ownership or a valid lease is in place in respect of the land on which the proposed investment is to take place. To date, neither the person named or his advisor have provided sufficient evidence of ownership of the land to allow the claim to be paid.
