My Departments priority legislation is set out in the Government's Summer 2024 Legislation Programme and is available at gov - Government Legislation Programme 2024 (www.gov.ie)

In additional to the priority legislation in the Government's Legislation Programme my Department is also prioritising the publication of the Air Pollution Amendment Bill 2024 which will provide for necessary updates to the Air Pollution Act (1987) to support enhanced enforcement and the implementation of the Clean Air Strategy.
