263. To ask the Minister for Employment Affairs and Social Protection if all outstanding benefit payments due to a person (details supplied) will be paid immediately; and if she will confirm the amounts due to the person and the periods in question. [52502/22]

As the person concerned was in receipt of another social welfare payment before they were awarded Disability Allowance (DA), necessary adjustments were calculated and applied in respect of an overlapping payment.
The arrears of DA have been reviewed and, upon calculation, no arrears were due to the person concerned.
I trust this clarifies the matter for the Deputy.
