To ask the Tánaiste and Minister for Justice and Equality the total number of fixed penalty notices issued to cyclists by year and to date since the commencement of the Road Traffic Act 2015, tabulated by the alleged offences for which these were issued; and if she will make a statement on the matter. I have requested the information sought by the Deputy from An Garda Síochána, but I have not received this information in time. I will write to the Deputy as soon as the information is to hand.
