To ask the Minister for Health the reason a tender (details supplied) which was due to go out to public tender in 2017 has been extended each year since, with a further extension until May 2021; the way this was allowed to occur in the years before Covid-19; when the competition will go back out to public tender; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
