To ask the Minister for Children and Youth Affairs if his attention has been drawn to the case of a person (details supplied); the measures being taken to provide adequate psychological support to them; the consequences for staff that failed to report the abuse to An Garda Síochána; and if he will make a statement on the matter. The Deputy is referring to an operational matter for Tusla, the Child and Family Agency. I have therefore referred the matter to Tusla, and asked that a direct response be provided to the Deputy. I can confirm for the Deputy, that I have asked Tusla for a report on the matter.
