149. To ask the Minister for Education and Skills further to Parliamentary Question No. 154 of 12 November 2019, if there has been further progress in resolving the technical considerations; if a joint meeting has been held between his Department, Kildare County Council and the landowner to develop a framework and masterplan for the site; when a design team will be put in place for the project; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
