To ask the Tánaiste and Minister for Justice and Equality the progress to date in tabular form for each of the action points made in a report Measures to Enhance Ireland’s Corporate, Economic and Regulatory Framework, published in November 2017; if each such action point has been completed, not completed or is ongoing, respectively; and the revised deadlines for action points not delivered by original timelines committed. The Department of Business, Enterprise and Innovation is lead in relation to progress on the report referred by the Deputy. A number of actions are led by my Department. As requested, I have set out below in tabular form the position in relation to those actions.
