To ask the Minister for Housing, Planning, and Local Government further to previous parliamentary questions, the status of information provided to his Department in June 2016 by a person (details supplied); the reason for the delay in providing a final response to the person; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [8775/19]

While the delay in meeting the request by the person named for my Department's full and detailed response to the submission in question is regretted, the matter is complex and requires the need to comply with the general principles of natural justice and fair procedures, including for third parties named in the submission.
My Department, in consultation with the Office of the Attorney General, is currently finalising its analysis of the submission made by the person referred to, with a view to communicating the outcome of the process to that person as soon as possible.
