The only thing I would add to that is, as with Tusla, the services out in the community are desperately underfunded, including ours. Our waiting lists are enormous. There are almost no services for teenagers in this circumstance. That must be taken into account if we are looking at a joined up process the whole way through the care system for the child. In order to ensure a child centred response, we must look at funding the resources in the community also.
