To ask the Minister for Finance if a recommendation was made within the Office of the Comptroller and Auditor General in 2011 or 2012 that a report into procurement by the reporting division into multi-million euro procurement by the Department of Defence should be conducted; if such a report was carried out; and if not, the reason therefor.
