To ask the Minister for Education and Skills when a school (details supplied) in County Donegal can expect construction to commence for an extra classroom in view of the fact that the school has satisfied the requirements and criteria with respect to the allocation of an additional class teacher; when the facility will open; if formal notice of the project has been provided to the board of management of the school; and if he will make a statement on the matter. I am pleased to inform the Deputy that my Department has recently approved a grant to the school in question for the provision of an additional mainstream classroom. The school have been advised of the decision.
