272. To ask the Minister for Education and Skills if he will request the board of management of a school (details supplied) to withdraw its threat of legal action against the parents' association and to co-operate fully with the association; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [30953/18]

Under the provisions of the Education Act 1998, the Board of Management is the body charged with the direct governance of a school.
Accordingly, any legal proceedings taken by a board of management are a matter for the board in question.
