To ask the Minister for Health the number of staff who left or took early retirement at Clontarf Hospital in each of the years 2015 to 2017 by grade and occupation; the length of service of each; the number of staff who departed St. Joseph's Hospital, Raheny and Cappagh National Orthopaedic Hospital during that time by grade and occupation (details supplied); and if he will make a statement on the matter. To ask the Minister for Health the ratios of nursing, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, speech and language therapists and dieticians in terms of staff numbers at Clontarf Hospital to the patient population; if these correspond to the guidelines for effective staffing ratios as set in the HSE's national treatment plan; the corresponding figures for staffing in these grades for the care of the elderly unit in Cappagh National Orthopaedic Hospital and the comparative unit at St. Joseph's Hospital, Raheny [12690/18]
