I propose to take Questions Nos. 103 and 104 together.

I am advised by Revenue that information in respect of the Exchequer cost of Double Taxation (including additional foreign tax credit) is available in tabular form on the Revenue Statistics webpage at .

The amount of the tax credit claimed by companies is shown separately at for 2011 to 2015 (the most recent year available). Information for 2010 is available at on page 107.

The double taxation relief (including additional foreign credit) claimed by companies administered by Revenue’s Large Cases Division by sector for the years requested is as shown in the table below.
