To ask the Minister for Employment Affairs and Social Protection the cost her department incurred in each of the past five years due to debit and credit card payment services and banking fees; the financial institutions to which the payments were made; and if she will make a statement on the matter. The costs my department incurred in each of the past five years (2012 to 2016 inclusive) due to debit and credit card payment services and banking fees are outlined in table:
