A GLAS 3 application for the person named was received on the GLAS online system on the 15 December 2016. On the basis of the actions applied for, the application was ranked as a Tier 3 application and therefore must meet the minimum score of 16.5 required for Tier 3 applications to be selected and approved into the scheme. Unfortunately the GLAS 3 application for the person named did not meet this minimum score and therefore has not been selected for approval into the Scheme.
