To ask the Minister for Education and Skills the details on section 29 appeals against refusals to enrol pupils to primary schools in each of the years from 2011 to 2016 inclusive, broken down by local authority areas or, if not available by local authority area, by the smallest administrative area divisions used by his Department, in tabular form (details supplied); and if he will make a statement on the matter.
