The person named is deceased since May 2014. Payment in respect of the 2015 Basic Payment Scheme issued to the legal representatives of the person named. My Department has no record of having received a Transfer of Entitlements application in respect of the herd number shown. My Department’s Inheritance Enquiry Unit wrote to the legal representatives of the person named in October 2015 requesting relevant documentation but there has been no reply to my Department since this date.
