The person named commenced their AEOS 1 contract on 1 September 2010. Payment issued in respect of the 2010-2014 Scheme years.

Under the EU Regulations governing the Scheme and other area-based payment schemes, a comprehensive administrative check, including cross-checks with the Land Parcel Identification System, must take place. As all AEOS 1 participants are exiting the scheme and receiving final payments under the scheme, re-checks on payments made for all scheme years were completed before final payment was processed.

The area of land claimed by the person named was reduced twice during the course of the AEOS contract. This reduction occurred following a review of eligible lands carried out by the Single Payment Scheme. The person named appealed this reduction and the file was reviewed, however the reduction of the Species Rich Grassland option remained.

The difference between the amounts paid and the amounts due were deducted from the 2015 Scheme Year payment. Payments issued as detailed in the following table.
