To ask the Minister for Health the number of referrals the management of the Health Service Executive made on behalf of the staff of its occupational health department and its employee assistance and staff counselling service in each of the years 2011 to 2015 and in 2016 to date, in tabular form, under its policy for preventing and managing stress in the workplace.
