To ask the Minister for Environment, Community and Local Government his views that a company (details supplied) will now only accept payment of invoices for bin charges through an online billing system for e-tags, putting persons without access to the internet at a major disadvantage, given the company's discontinuation of paper tags; and if he will investigate the consumer protection implications of this. The matter of how any company, including a waste collection company, accepts payment for the services that it provides is primarily a consumer protection issue and does not therefore fall within the my remit.
