A review of penalties imposed was carried out in this case by the local Inspector following an appeal by the person named. As a result of this appeal, the original penalties imposed were reduced and this has been communicated to the applicant. Unfortunately, technical issues with the preparation of the electronic file delayed finalisation of the payment. However, these have now been addressed and the file is currently being processed. Payment reflecting the reduced sanctions will be made shortly.
