The Horse Racing Ireland Bill was subject to pre-legislative scrutiny and is expected to be published shortly. My Department will submit other Bills to the Joint Committee on Agriculture, Food and the Marine for pre-legislative scrutiny as soon as the Heads of the general scheme of the Bill(s) have been sufficiently developed.
