The application for carer’s allowance in respect of the person concerned was awarded on 2nd June 2015 and the first payment was issued to the post office on 4th June 2015. Arrears of allowance due from 5th March 2015 to 3rd June 2015 were issued to the post office on the 2nd June 2015. The person in question was notified on the 2nd of June of this decision.
