To ask the Minister for Transport, Tourism and Sport if he will conduct a review of the Irish Rail ticketing system to ensure that all elderly and other vulnerable passengers who have purchased a ticket will be entitled to a seat during their journey, that all fare-paying passengers will be guaranteed a seat on inter-city journeys; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
