To ask the Minister for Health further to Parliamentary Question No. 506 of 15 April 2015, the method the Health Service Executive uses to agree annual budgets for talk therapies, as provided by counsellors, psychiatrists, psychologists and other mental health professionals, in view of the fact that such data is not collected on the cost per intervention per health professional, by service.
