My Department has been liaising with Cork Education and Training Board and the School Patron with a view to agreeing an accommodation solution for the gaelscoil referred to by the Deputy.

I am pleased to confirm a suitable site (subject to planning permission) has been identified by Cork Education and Training Board in respect of the development of a permanent building for the school in question.

My Department is currently liaising with the Patron and the gaelscoil in relation to the classroom accommodation to be provided as part of the school project brief.
