To ask the Minister for Health further to Parliamentary Question No.110 of 11 November 2014 the reason the impression was provided in the response that all members of the NSCHB were part of the consultation process and agreed to the signing of the memorandum of understanding; and if he will correct this impression as serious concerns had been articulated by AIMs Ireland; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
