As this is a service matter it has been referred to the Health Service Executive for direct reply. If you have not received a reply from the HSE within 15 working days please contact my Private Office and they will follow up the matter with them.

All public, voluntary and private nursing homes are subject to the same standards and regulations to ensure the well-being of their residents. This includes a requirement for a comprehensive procedure for dealing with complaints made by or on behalf of residents.

As the facility in question is within the remit of the HSE, the Complaints Process which applies across the HSE generally applies here.
