To ask the Minister for Justice and Equality if he will provide, in tabular form, the number of Commissions of Investigation which have been established since the enactment of the Commissions of Investigations Act 2004 to date; the date of establishment and conclusion of each commission including the projected date of conclusion in circumstances where a commission has not been concluded; and the cost of each commission. I set out below details of all Commissions of Investigation established since the enactment of the Commissions of Investigation Act 2004 in respect of which the Minister for Justice was specified as responsible for matters under section 3(3)(b) of the Act.
