Tenders for the refurbishment and extension of the Station have been evaluated and a preferred tender has been identified. Subject to the contractor producing all of the documentation required for completion of the tender award process, it is anticipated that the contract will be placed by the end of this month with work commencing on site immediately thereafter. Alternative arrangements for the existing prefabs will be put in place following the completion of the Station project.
