To ask the Minister for Transport, Tourism and Sport the average number of passengers per week in Dublin Airport, Cork Airport, Ireland West Knock Airport and Shannon Airport for the years 2010, 2011 and to date in 2012; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [57439/12]

The matter raised by the Deputy in relation to the average number of passengers at Dublin, Cork and Shannon Airports falls within the operational responsibilities of Dublin Airport Authority and I have referred the question to the company for direct reply.  I would ask the Deputy to contact my office if a reply has not been received within ten working days.

In relation to Knock Airport, which is a privately owned company, the Deputy should address any queries regarding the airport’s performance to the airport management.
