Question 169: To ask the Minister for Education and Skills if it is now the responsibility of school boards of management to submit to the Department of Finance the yearly accounts of persons who are employed by the school but not paid by his Department; and if the boards of management will be liable for penalties resulting from the submission of inaccurate accounts.
