I wish to advise the Deputy that I have not received any correspondence from the person concerned. I have however received correspondence on his behalf from a third party to which I am currently preparing a response. On the basis that the correspondence from this third party is confidential, I cannot provide specific details on the subject matter or the manner in which I will be responding.
