The Deputy will be aware that this school has also submitted an application for a major extension refurbishment school project, that includes for the replacement of the temporary accommodation referred to by the Deputy. This project is currently in early architectural planning. Any application for the separate replacement of the temporary accommodation concerned cannot be considered in isolation of the major project plan application. Details of all projects in respect of the current school building programme, including this project, are available on the Department's website, www.education.ie. In relation to the temporary accommodation currently being rented by the school, it is a matter, in the first instance, for the school authorities to ensure that the supplier(s) of these prefabricated buildings maintain them to a standard suitable for use.
