The person concerned has been awarded half rate carer's allowance in respect of two care recipients with effect from 21 April 2011. The first payment reached her bank account on 13 October 2011. Arrears due for the intervening period, which includes her entitlement to two respite care grants, issued to her home address by cheque on 3 November 2011.
