Question 315: To ask the Minister for Arts, Heritage and the Gaeltacht, further to Parliamentary Question Nos. 32 and 36 of 11 May 2011, if the meeting with the National Assets Management Agency is taking place; and if he has any further information from NAMA on buildings that have no commercial potential. In relation to the proposal regarding the use of NAMA buildings for cultural purposes, I have met the chair and chief executive of NAMA on the matter and those contacts will continue.

As the Deputy and the House will, however, appreciate, NAMA is dealing with sensitive financial matters and is restricted in regard to the information it may make available in relation to such assets.
