There are currently two permanent and two non-established staff engaged on constituency work on my behalf. Details requested are outlined in the table below:
Permanent Staff | Monthly salary | Non–established staff | Monthly Salary |
Executive officer | €3,948 | Personal Assistant | €4,280 |
Clerical Officer | €2,202 | Personal Secretary | €3,980 |
The Minister of State at my Department currently has three non-established staff (two of whom are work-sharing in one post) engaged in constituency work. Details requested are outlined in the table below:
Non–established staff | Monthly Salary |
Personal Assistant | €4,410 |
Personal Secretary (50% - Work Sharing) | €1,813 |

It is envisaged that a third post will be filled in the Minister of State's Constituency Office, bringing the staff complement to three, the number allowable under current Department of Finance staffing guidelines for such offices.
