The National Metrology Laboratory (NML) of the National Standards Authority of Ireland occupies a portion of the site in question. A new vehicular entrance is currently under development to facilitate the continued operation of the NML as a stand-alone entity on the site. Options regarding the future of the remaining portion of the site are being considered by my Department to determine its best usage for the State.
