On 17th August, 2010, the person concerned was refused invalidity pension on the grounds that she was not considered to be permanently incapable of work. She was notified of this decision and provided further medical evidence which was forwarded to the department's Medical Assessor. Following this review the decision remains the same. She was notified of the outcome of this review on 28th September, 2010 and of her right of appeal to the independent Social Welfare Appeals Office.
