Question 311: To ask the Minister for Transport the way and the reason information was in the media on 1 July 2010 regarding radically altered details of DART underground travelling arrangements; if his attention has been drawn to the fact that the only parties with access to this information were An Bord Pleanála, Irish Rail and his Department; and if he will instruct Irish Rail to organise an independently chaired consultation between the stakeholders.
