I propose to take Questions Nos. 223 to 225, inclusive, together.

As part of its ongoing working relationship with the Revenue Commissioners, the Department is occasionally asked to respond to requests for clarification on the returns it makes to that office. The Department is not aware of and has no record of any audit by the Revenue Commissioners of this Department for the period in question. The Department has not made any unprompted voluntary disclosures or settlements under Section 985B of the Taxes Consolidation Act in the years from 2005 to date.
