I am informed by the Irish Naturalisation and Immigration Service (INIS) that a letter issued to the legal representative of the person referred to by the Deputy on the 14th June 2010. I am further informed by INIS that on receipt of a response from the legal representative of the person referred to by the Deputy his Family Reunification application will be further processed.
