Question 95: To ask the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform his response to the matters exposed in a television programme (details supplied) on 31 May 2010 regarding the frequency of downloading of child pornography here; his views on whether the existing law is adequate to cope with this phenomenon; the number of persons serving prison sentences for downloading child pornography; the actions open to government to shut down internet providers connected to child pornography; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
